When can I request for a refund?

Under unlikely circumstances whereby customers receive incorrect food the or there is any issue with the amount charged, a whopping 24 hours will be given to customers to file a report upon payment made or upon delivery (depends on cases) via SMS/Whatsapp or email.



How refund is done?

Upon receiving request from customers regarding refund, our PR team will acknowledge & reply right away. Necessary investigation will be carried out accordingly and refund will be made within 3 working days upon refund approval.



How long does refund process take?

Typically, the entire process take within 7 working days starting from Porki receiving refund request regarding refund to customers receiving refund.
